How do I begin the booking process:
Once you choose the Talent / Model / Event Services / Production, you’re interested in, you’ll need to fill out our Inquiry Form. We will send you an email within 24 hours or less, depending on the time of day, regarding your inquiry.
What can I do If I can't find what I want
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please send us an email to let us know. One of our highly experienced team members will work with you one on one until you find what you desire.We have a wide variety of Talent/Services to choose from, budget constraints would be your only restriction..
Do you have any hidden fees or costs that I should be aware of:
We do not have any hidden fees or costs. The only fee that may vary are parking fees. Some Las Vegas venues charge for parking, you’ll need to negotiate this cost with the venue or we can add the parking fees to your invoice.
How far in advance should I start the booking process:
To acquire the best available option, we recommend booking your Talent at least 12 weeks in advance for larger events, and 6 weeks in advance for smaller events.
Can the Act or Band come to rehearsals:
Yes, it will require an additional fee.
What time will the Talent arrive:
Bands: Bands will usually arrive for set-up and sound-check, 3 to 4 hours prior to the event start time. All band members will be on standby and ready to perform 30min prior to their scheduled start time.
Acts: Acts need about 1 hour prior to scheduled start time if no sound check or rigging is required. If rigging or a sound check is needed, they’ll arrive 2 hours prior to event start time.
Can the Band to set-up the day before or earlier in the day:
If you require a certain time or day for the band set up, you must let us know at the time of booking to avoid an additional fee.
How long does set up take:
Most acts and bands will set up in about an hour or less. However, it can vary depending on the size of the act, band and event.
How long are the sets for Acts and Bands?:
Acts: Every act is different, an act, such as Cirque, will perform 3 to 6 minutes per set. An ambience act will usually do 15 min on and 15min off, depending on the act and the event.
Bands: Most bands usually offer either 2 x 45, 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 min sets.
Can the band learn a specific song to be played at our Event / Wedding:
Most bands will learn one particular song of your choice for a first dance or an end of night song. Please note, this doesn’t apply to all bands, hence you must let us know before making your booking.
Will the band provide break music between and before sets:
Only Singles, Duos & Trios provide break music. The sound production tech or DJ, if one is hired, will provide break music for the bands.
Will the Talent require a Green Room:
All acts and bands require a dressing room with water, soft drinks and finger food after they’ve set up and during the engagement.
Will there be an onsite LVBE event supervisor during our event:
Absolutely, from start to finish.
How far in advance should I book the Model(s):
We recommend you book any Model, 12 weeks in advance for large events, and 6 weeks in advance of smaller events. Booking in advance allows you to choose the Model you want, otherwise, you’re subject to availability. If you can’t find the Model you want, send us an email and will work with you one on one until you find what you’re looking for.
How experienceed are your Models:
We only offer models who have excelled across all mediums and environments: conventions, trade shows, live events, marketing videos, fashion shows, television, film, and more.
Do your Model rates vary:
Yes, it depends on the Model’s experience, past performance, and range of abilities. Some Models are more in demand than others and require a higher rate. We also take into account the location, hours, attire, required experience, and model responsibilities. Our agency will always work with you until you find the perfect Model within your budget. Please note, some Models have non-negotiable rates.
What advantages can be expected from booking promotional Models:
Booking beautiful Models to represent your brand sends a powerful message. It tells your customers and future clients that your brand, products, and people are top-of-the-line. Your company and brand will stand out in a crowd. Your company’s image will be echoed and everlasting – an absolute must if you’re looking to increase traffic to your booth or promotional events.
Will your models travel to a job:
Yes. We’ll contact the model and if he or she agrees, we’ll begin making travel arrangements. This will require travel & lodging fees.
Will the model be knowledgeable about my brand:
Of course, and please, feel free to send over any information you feel is important for the Model to know. We’ll make certain he or she receives the information.
What's your Model call time:
It depends on the location, and the type of booking, generally 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the event start time.
Will there be an onsite LVBE event supervisor:
Absolutely, we always send one of our event supervisors to get our Models started and to take care of any last minute modifications.
Do Trade Show & Convention Models require breaks:
Yes, breaks are required as well as a lunch break for 5 to 8 hour shifts.
Will the Model pick up his or her Credentials:
All Credentials will be picked up by one of our staff members. We will provide you with the name(s) of the Model(s) and your agency event supervisor.
I can't find the Event Service I'm looking for on your website:
Please send us an email to let us know what Service you need.so we can work with you one on one. We’ll usually reply within 24 hours or less, depending on the time of day. I’m sure we’ll be able to find what you’re looking for. (Note: We are not in the Adult Entertertainment Business)
How far in advance should I book my Event Service:
Depending on the Event Service, we recommend at least 12 weeks in advance for large events, and 6 weeks in advance for smaller events. For Weddings, we recommend as far in advance as possible, minimum 6 months prior to the Wedding date.
Do you offer Catering and Decor:
Yes, we offer high-end Catering and Decor. We will call you directly to learn more about your event then we can send you catering menus and decor quotes as per your request.
Do you offer tastings:
Yes, we offer tastings. All tastings must be reserved and paid in advance after a preliminary menu is chosen with the help of our Catering team. Tasting costs vary depending on the menu.
Are you an Event Planner:
No, we are not an Event Planning Agency, we offer a wide variety of event services to any client, including event planners.
What type of Production do you provide:
We offer high-end Pro-Audio and Video Production services as well as all types of Photography Services, and more. All of our Production services are listed on the Production page. You can give us a call if you can’t find what you’re looking for.
